1. Game Times: Games consist of two 18 minute halves.  A 30 second shot clock is in effect during the last 2 minutes of each half.  Overtime periods are 3 minutes.  The shot clock is in effect during the entire Overtime period(s). Games typically are scheduled to begin at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 each night.

2. Timeouts: Each team gets 2 Timeouts per half.  During Overtime, teams get 1 Timeout,

3. Warm Ups: The Timer sets the clock to 10 minutes between games to provide time for warm-ups (and to encourage more seasoned Players to stretch more!).

4. Playoff
Forfeit Rule: Three Players or less is a Forfeit. Four Players require adding an additional Player from the Waiting List (at the potentially forfeiting Team's Captain’s discretion) or another Player (with the consent of the opposing Team’s Captain). If and when the potentially forfeiting Team's fifth player arrives, any added player not from the Waiting List is ineligible to continue play for the potentially forfeiting Team.  Pick up Players must be from the Waiting List or another Team Roster.

5. Playoff
Jersey rule: Players must wear the Team’s game shirts provided by the League. Failure to wear game shirts with identical markings and no redundant numbering results in a 2-shot technical foul and a personal foul, awarded at the beginning of the game. Any player arriving late without a conforming Jersey also triggers the technical foul and associated foul shots.

6.
Minimum Playing Time: Each Player, except due to injury, must play a minimum of 7 minutes of running clock time in each half.

7.
Ejection and Suspension: Two technical fouls or one flagrant foul results in ejection from the game and suspension for the following game. Two flagrant fouls in a season result in suspension from the League. Fighting, abusive language, or any kind of threat to an Official, another Player, a Spectator, or a Commissioner results in ejection and probable suspension from the league. An ejected Player must leave the facility and, before he is allowed to play again, he must support his Team from the bench (but not play) by attending a following game.

8.
Minimum Season Participation: Players must participate, except due to injury, in sixty percent (60%) of the games to be eligible for the Championship play.

9. League Playoff Seeding Tie Breakers.  In the event of a tie in regular season record, seedings will be settled by the following tie breaker order - 1) Head to Head Matchup during the regular season, 2) Point differential in the head to head matchups, 3)Point differential for the regular season in total.

9. Monday League
Championship Play and Tie Breakers: All Teams participate in Championship play.  Teams are typically placed in 3-Team Brackets based on regular season records and then play 2 In-Bracket games and 1 Non-Bracket game. The winners of each Bracket advance to the Championship game.  Ties are decided; (**other playoff formats may be used**)

2-WAY ties by the head-to-head playoff game

3-WAY ties

a. First, by the point differential in Bracket games (if the result is a 2-way tie, then head-to-head in the playoffs breaks the tie).

b. Second, by the point differential in the Non-Bracket game (if the result is a 2-way tie, then head-to-head in the playoffs breaks the tie).

c. Third, by comparing regular season records (if the result is a 2-way tie, then head-to-head in the playoffs breaks the tie).
